I had Echo as my customer service rep and she is honestly the best customer service person i have ever dealt with. Any questions or concerns she would answer in adequate times, even with opposite time zones. She sent many videos confirming my order and that my machine was getting the best of the best service. For any laser needs, i would suggest going with this company! Im planning on getting more machines for laser tattoo with them. If you get Echo, or any rep im sure, know that you are in the best of hands! I love my machine and the quality of removal is outstanding!
